...errr. Anyone enjoying the holiday weekend enough to want to do some beta work for me? You need a break from eggnog and Christmas shopping, riiight? *puppy dog eyes*

These are the things wot I might need a teensy bit of help with:

1. a Kirk/Spock
2. a Remus/Sirius
3. a Sheldon/Leonard

Umm, so these are all for fests, except #3, so I can't give tons of details, but they're like, not at all scary, really. Nothing terribly squicky or sad or scary or anything. I can e-mail you details if you wants them.

Also, there is something that I am midway through writing (well. Not midway. but started, at least) and could use some cheerleading help on. If anyone is extra specially helpful, and wants to have capslocky chat conversations with me. Because capslock is love, and you know, I just need someone to help me focus on ficcage instead of pumpkin cheesecake.

Two things. First of all I hate my neighours. Since I told them about how I'm going to spend evening with good catholic girls, now they want to go with me and molest them. (Let's note that Jim is actually walking around in shiny vest with "SEX INSTRUCTOR" printed on the back of it. I also have a photo of how both him and Michael jumped into Natalies's bed. (Un)fortunately on the pic it looks as if Natalie wasn't even there, and so I havea pic of Jim laying on Michael. Quite adorable.
But what I hate Jim for the most is how he messed up my vision and now every good catholic girl I'll meet today will for sure think Im crazy. I'm talking aout believing, rleigious, Catholic girls and he says: and now imagine stoned Castiel between them, ready to begin the orgy.
I'll fucking giggle every five minutes on this so called party now. Damn you.

And something completely unrelated. A proof that I'm insane. It took me few years since his death, but I finally went completely mad.

Odzew na moje błaganie zupełnie mnie oszołomił. Dziękuję wam, naprawdę z całego serca. Dzięki wam wiem, nie tylko gdzie się znajduje poszukiwana przeze mnie pozycja, to również co muszę zrobić, by zdobyć dostęp do bibliotek, w których się one mieszczą ( w tym do Jagiellonki, która zawsze mnie jakoś tak przerażała...). Jeżeli do poniedziałku nie uda mi się zdobyć tych książek w Krakowie odezwę się jeszcze do was z prośbą skserowanie i przesłanie. Z mojej strony mogę zapewnić, że jeśli wam kiedykolwiek zdarzy się taka sytuacja, a będę miała możliwość zdobycia dla was upragnionej książki, to zobowiązuje się pomoc.

Wczoraj na Sabacie, w oparach herbaty z sokiem malinowym i rozwalającego bólu głowy, żaliłam się dziewczynom, że nie mogę znaleźć tematu, z którego pisałam bym licencjat, a moja uczelnia nachalnie daje mi znać, że bardzo chciałaby wiedzieć, jak owy temat brzmi. Dziś na seminatium ja starałam się wyjaśnić kręte ścieżki mojej jak dotąd chaotycznej koncepcji, a mój promotor starał się wychwycić o co do cholery może mi iść. Jakoś doszliśmy do konsensusu, co cieszy mnie przeokropnie i w ogóle to upiłabym się w trupa, gdybym już nim nie była po całym koszmarnym tygodniu i gdybym nie musiała odwalić prac na następny taki sam tydzień.

Oczywiście nie może być za dobrze. Jeszcze bym się rozleniwiła, uznała, że może to jest nawet fajnie, a świat zaróżowiłby się i ozdobił w takie wstrętnie słodkie stworzenia jak króliczki, błękitne ptaszki i inne badziewia.

Otóż mój promotor stwierdził, że skoro mam zamiar pisać na temat, na którym mam zamiar pisać, to koniecznie powinnam zapoznać się z jedną super dobrą-ważną-inne-piękne-przymiotniki książką. Koniecznie. Tylko że na naszej uczeni pani jej nie znajdzie. Małe szanse, też że będzie ona w bibliotece UJ, do której nota bene nie mam karty. Owa książka może będzie się znajdować na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim...

Mam prośbę do wszystkich osób, które mieszkają w Warszawie i okolicach:
Błagam, uratujcie mnie. Czy ktoś mógłby sprawdzić, czy książka "O rozumieniu" Jacka Juliusza Jadackiego znajduje się w zbiorach? Jeżeli po przeszukaniu całego Krakowa nie znajdę tej pozycji, to potrzebowałabym kogoś, kto by mi ją skserował i wysłał. Oczywiście wszelkie koszty takiej zabawy pokryję, z piwem czy dwoma w ramach odreagowania od walki z biurokracją również :)

P.S. Poprawka. Z pewną pomocą udało mi się stwierdzić, że tekstu czołowego profesora filozofii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego nie ma w BUW. Za to jest uwaga! w Bibliotece Uj-tu. W takich chwilach stwierdzam, że Kraków to najpiękniejsze miasto pod słońcem.

Ponawiam prośbę, czy znajdę kogoś z UJ kto wypożyczy mi tę książkę, a ja mu zwrócę po kilku godzinach, jak ją skseruję?

As a matter of fact I already bought gifts for my mum and stepdad. I ordered them online and paid for them, we will see when they shall come :) And if they'll be enough. I'm not 100% sure about the gift for my stepdad, because I tried to buy him something he may truly enjoy, but without actually asking him for details. And as great this plan was there's the danger that I messed something up, because I know close to nothing about plane models. *shrugs* When it arrives I'll try to decide if it's cool to just get him that or shall I keep looking. So, this year I'm done with shopping! Since I don't buy for anyone else (well, perhaps my cat and dogs may get sth extra) and for my friends I have fics. So far I'm done with fics for megan_moonlight, r_a_j_ka and one of two fics for nati_nio since I still owe her her bday fic. I just recently realized that I never gave it to her even if it's already finished, lol.

i wanted to say who else I'm planning to write for, but maybe I won't manage so perhaps I better won't tell. Tough, most of the people already know XD Either way, counting with dean/castiel secret santa I have 5 more Xmas fics planned. Perhaps I'll make some icons or something for some other of my LJ friends, since I won't manage another fic. (Mostly 'cause I'm also trying to finish a really long challenge fic.)

*sigh* okay, so I'm going for next class now. I had a free time and went to post office and didn't bothered going home and now I'm stuck here. But then, it's only one more class, then some quick dinner (or not since I visited McDonald's on my way to the post office :/) and then Zizek's lecture! I hope I'll manage to get in :)
And tomorrow "party" at Gabriel's (new nickname of my study friend also known as Good Influence) . Great. What I always wanted the most was to spend an evening with a bunch of good catholic girls, who think I'm a monster from hell, but still can be saved. If not for the temptation of corrupting them with magic rituals... *sigh*

We had a nice, quiet Thanksgiving, just myself, my son, and my daughter. My husband's in the hospital (he went in a week ago Wednesday) but he should be coming home on Saturday.

I may be even more of a lurker than I normally am as my computer crashed a couple of days ago. Everything should be backed up, but it will still take a little time to be fixed as the man who works on our computers is busy with the holidays right now. In the meanwhile, I'm using my husband's old one. It works fine, but I'm not as comfortable typing on it.

Z moich obliczeń wynika, że najwięcej głosów zebrał ten weekend, ALE nie pasuje on co najmniej dwóm osobom (Carol i Luckowi) no i mnie, ale whatever, więc proponuję przyszły weekend.
